Beef Marinade for Carne Asada

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ancho chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp dried Mexican oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and use to marinate the beef (carne asada) before grilling.
