Bisquick Sausage Muffins

A tried-and-true family favorite from Becky's own recipe collection. Here's everything you need to make Bisquick Sausage Muffins at home.

Bisquick Sausage Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage & drain.
  2. Whisk eggs and Bisquick, then mix in cheese and sausage.
  3. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray and fill 2/3 way full.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 18–20 mins.
