A tried-and-true family favorite from Becky's own recipe collection. Here's everything you need to make Chocolate Salted Caramel Pie at home.
Chocolate Salted Caramel Pie
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 9 oz Lily's Chocolate Salted Caramel chips
Instructions
- Cream the cheese & sugar.
- Mix eggs in last.
- Mix on medium until the batter looks uniform.
- Mix chips in with a spoon.
- Pour into a graham cracker pie crust.
- Put into the middle rack of a preheated oven at 350°F.
- Bake for 35–40 mins.
- Let cool, then place in the fridge until cool.
