Copycat Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup oil
• 1 egg (room-temp egg)
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream together white sugar, brown sugar, butter, oil, egg, milk, and vanilla.
3. Add in flour, salt, cream of tartar, and baking soda.
4. Mix in chocolate chips and pecans.
5. Drop dough by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8–12 mins.
