Cornflake Candy

Makes 24 servings · ~200 calories per serving (estimated)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup light Karo syrup
  • 1 cup sugar (white)
  • 6 cups cornflake cereal

Instructions

  1. Put peanut butter, sugar, and Karo syrup in a boiler and heat until all is melted, mixing the peanut butter in well.
  2. Turn off the eye and add cornflakes to the melted mixture.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto foil or parchment paper; let sit until cool and hard.
