Easy Christmas Crack

Makes 24 servings · ~170 calories per serving (estimated) · 23 min prep · 5 min cook

Ingredients

  • 35–40 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Line a 10x15 baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Place your saltine crackers in even rows and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and brown sugar, whisk, and let it boil for a few min.
  5. Pour over the saltines, spread out, and bake in the oven for 5 mins.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips and let it sit.
  7. Spread the chocolate over the crackers.
  8. Let harden, cut into pieces, and serve.
  9. Place in the fridge for several hours.
