Fireball Pumpkin Pie

A tried-and-true family favorite from Becky's own recipe collection. Here's everything you need to make Fireball Pumpkin Pie at home.

Fireball Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned pumpkin
  • 9 oz evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 shot Fireball Whiskey (50 ml or 5 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°.
  3. Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie crust.
  4. Bake for 60 mins.
