Homemade Cheese Dip

Makes 12 servings · ~365 calories per serving (estimated)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (brown and drain)
  • 16 oz shredded sharp cheese
  • 16 oz cubed cream cheese
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes with peppers

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the ground beef.
  2. Shred cheese.
  3. Cube cream cheese.
  4. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker until melted.
