Keto Taco Pie

A tried-and-true family favorite from Becky's own recipe collection. Here's everything you need to make Keto Taco Pie at home.

Keto Taco Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 green onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup rotel tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare a 9-inch pie pan by greasing with butter.
  3. Brown & drain ground beef.
  4. Add taco seasoning to the meat and cook according to package directions.
  5. Set meat aside to cool.
  6. Whisk together eggs & heavy cream.
  7. Stir in green onions, rotel, 3/4 cup of cheese, and salt.
  8. Stir the meat into the egg mixture.
  9. Pour into the pan.
  10. Bake for 35–45 mins.
  11. Allow to cool 5 mins before serving.
