Mexican Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken
- 1 pk taco seasoning
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup black beans (drained)
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained)
- 1 cup kernel corn (drained)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup tortilla strips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Lightly spray a baking dish.
- Combine chicken, taco seasoning, cream of chicken, sour cream, black beans, Rotel tomatoes, corn, and cheese.
- Spread chicken mixture into the baking pan and top with tortilla strips.
- Bake for 30 mins, or until the casserole is bubbly and heated through.
