A tried-and-true family favorite from Becky's own recipe collection. Here's everything you need to make No Knead Artisan Bread at home.
No Knead Artisan Bread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup warm water, 110°F
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 3 cup bread flour
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients and let rise for 2 hours.
- Dust parchment paper with flour and transfer the dough.
- Fold in half both ways.
- Dust with flour and make a ball in your hands, and sprinkle 2 tsp cornmeal on the paper.
- Place the bread on the paper and let rise for 40 mins.
- Preheat to 450°F.
- Bake 20–25 mins.
