Pecan Cream Pie

Makes 10 servings · ~525 calories per serving (estimated)

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-in pie crust
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Blind bake the crust and cool.
  2. Beat cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, salt, and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture; stir in 1 cup pecans.
  5. Spread into the crust, top with remaining pecans, and chill for 2-plus hours.
