Sausage Cream Cheese Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (cooked)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz frozen tater tots
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add cream cheese and mix with the cooked sausage.
- In a large bowl, toss together tater tots, the sausage and cream cheese mixture, and shredded cheese. Pour into the lightly greased pan.
- Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk. Pour over the tater tot mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 60–70 mins, or until eggs are set.
