A tried-and-true family favorite from Becky's own recipe collection. Here's everything you need to make Shipwreck Casserole at home.
Shipwreck Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1 1/2 lbs cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can cream of celery
- 1 can yellow whole kernel corn
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 can pimento (diced)
- 1 bag sea shells, cooked
- 1 can water
Instructions
- Brown & drain meat.
- Add all ingredients except 1 cup of cheese.
- Cover & bake at 375 for approximately 1 hour.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. (Makes 2.)
