Shipwreck Casserole

Makes 10 servings · ~825 calories per serving (estimated) · 13 min prep · 60 min cook

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1/2 lbs cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1 can yellow whole kernel corn
  • 1 bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 can pimento (diced)
  • 1 bag sea shells, cooked
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. Brown & drain meat.
  2. Add all ingredients except 1 cup of cheese.
  3. Cover & bake at 375 for approximately 1 hour.
  4. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. (Makes 2.)
