Slow Cooker Applesauce
Makes 8 servings · ~110 calories per serving (estimated) · 11 min prep · 7 hr cook
Ingredients
- 2 lbs apples (8 large apples), peeled and cubed
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine apples, sugar, water, salt, & cinnamon. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or until tender.
- Turn off heat, stir in butter and vanilla.
- Mash if desired.
