Slow Cooker Chili

Makes 8 servings · ~300 calories per serving (estimated) · 11 min prep · 2 hr cook

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 small bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 2 cans of kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
  • 1 pound ground beef (browned and drained)
  • 2 tbsp of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain ground beef.
  2. Chop onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
  3. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook for 2 hours.
