Slow Cooker Chili
Makes 8 servings · ~300 calories per serving (estimated) · 11 min prep · 2 hr cook
Ingredients
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 small bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 2 cans of kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 (6 oz) tomato paste
- 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
- 1 pound ground beef (browned and drained)
- 2 tbsp of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown and drain ground beef.
- Chop onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook for 2 hours.
