Slow Cooker Cream Corn
Makes 8 servings · ~250 calories per serving (estimated) · 15 min prep · 2 hr cook
Ingredients
- 2 (12 oz) bags of frozen corn
- 1/3 pk of cream cheese
- 1/3 stick of butter
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 jalapeños (chopped)
- 1/3 cup of heavy cream
- Salt/pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy.
- Chop bacon and jalapeños.
- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker except cheese.
- Cook for 2 hours.
- Add cheese to the corn and stir.
