Slow Cooker Cream Corn

Slow Cooker Cream Corn

Makes 8 servings · ~250 calories per serving (estimated) · 15 min prep · 2 hr cook

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 oz) bags of frozen corn
  • 1/3 pk of cream cheese
  • 1/3 stick of butter
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 jalapeños (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy.
  2. Chop bacon and jalapeños.
  3. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker except cheese.
  4. Cook for 2 hours.
  5. Add cheese to the corn and stir.
