Please don't republish, sell, or redistribute the content as your own; that includes copying whole recipes or articles onto other websites. If you'd like to feature something from the Site, just ask first — I'm friendly about it.

Recipes, cooking, and common sense

Recipes are shared in good faith from our family's kitchen to yours. You're responsible for safe food handling, checking doneness temperatures, and watching for your own family's allergies and dietary needs. Nutrition figures shown on recipes are estimates calculated from ingredient lists — helpful for ballpark planning, but not a substitute for professional dietary advice or lab analysis.

Homeschool and family content is encouragement, not professional advice

Posts and tools about homeschooling, budgeting, and family life reflect personal experience and research. They aren't legal, financial, medical, or educational-compliance advice. Homeschool laws vary by state and change over time — always confirm your own state's current requirements with an official source.

The AI helper and interactive tools

The Site includes free interactive tools (like the cost calculator, meal planner, and "Becky's Helper" chat assistant). The chat assistant uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes — treat its answers as friendly pointers to the Site's content, not authoritative advice. Tools are provided "as is," with no guarantee they'll be error-free or always available.

Ratings and comments

When you rate a recipe, you're sharing an honest opinion for other visitors. Please don't spam the ratings or attempt to manipulate them. We may reset ratings that look automated or abusive.

While we work hard to keep everything accurate and working, we can't promise perfection, and we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the Site to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your sole remedy if you're unhappy with the Site is to stop using it (though we'd rather you tell us what went wrong so we can fix it).
